Sub: Regarding our visit to your office and discussion with Mr. Karthik.

Dear Mr. Chandrashekar,

We would like draw your attention to the recent visit made by residents committee members of Sai Madhura Grace-I on the 07-07-05 to your office.

The committee had visited your office to meet with you in person and discuss the list of pending issues. However, Mr. Karthik informed committee members to initiate the discussion, while you would join the meeting during the course of it. The committee members patiently explained the list of pending issues to Mr. Karthik for over an hour. To their displeasure you did not extend the courtesy of even sparing a few minutes to discuss the issues. We are deeply disappointed by your unexpected behaviour and not just the slow progress.

We therefore are forced to communicate the list of pending issues through a letter. We once again request you to attend to the pending issues and expedite at the earliest.

Attached herewith is the earlier list that was shared with you. Most of the pending issues are yet to be resolved.

Please address the following issues on high priority.

Installation of Generator
Redo the ramp at the entrance to the parking lot
Installation of automatic water level controller
Installation of water control valve for each floor
Proper installation and commissioning of the lift

Please note that some of the issues such as lack of back up power are causing a lot inconvenience and hardship to residents.

We look forward to the early completion of the project and resolution of all the pending issues.
