Minutes of Meeting Held on the 9th July 05

The meeting was attended by a number of residents of Madhura Grace-I. The number of attendees exceeded 20.

The following residents of Madhura Grace-I had earlier made a visit to Madhura Developers’ office.

They updated the rest of the residents about their visit. They explained the various points that were discussed with Mr. Karthik of Madhura Developers. They expressed that they were deeply displeased with the way in which they were treated. They mentioned that Mr. Chandrashekar did not even have the courtesy to spend a few minutes with them.


The meeting discussed the subject of payment to the builder. The meeting participants decided that they would not release any more payments to the builder. All residents are hereby requested NOT to make any payment to the builder as the builder has not progressed with most of the pending issues.

The residents are requested NOT to engage in conversations with the builder pertaining to the issues around the common area. Residents are encouraged to invite the developer to address the issues in a meeting to be held at Madhura Grace-I.

It was decided that a registered letter expressing displeasure with the following issues will be sent to the builder, signed by all residents of Madhura Grace I.

Overall project progress and the snail pace in which work is being carried out.
Builders’ impolite behaviour during committee members’ visit

The letter will contain the list of pending work. The letter will also contain the purpose with which the committee members visited the builder.

The association decided NOT to submit the Katha application through the builder, unless the builder accepts to negotiate on the charges. The association decided NOT to release any more payments to the builder until the remaining pending work gets completed.

Corpus fund of Rs.500 per apartment is being collected. Residents are hereby requested to contribute towards the corpus fund if they have not done it yet.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held on the 16th of July (Saturday) at 4:00 PM. All residents are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
